Our Story
It All Began In 2021 When The Avellan Family Thought Of A Brand Name And Wanted To Make A Restaurant. In 2021 The Avellan Family Thought They Wanted To Make A Restaurant So They All First Came Up With A Name And It Did Not Sound So Good So They Tried Again And Finally They Came Up With The Name Paris Gourmet Kitchen And Then In 2022 The Augustus Avellan Made The First Menu, And In 2023 He Created A Website For His Parents And Him. And In 2025 We Are Planned To Open Our First Location On I - drive, and Hollywood Blvd
